Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Customer must contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video/photo

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Customised or personalised items
• Natural variations in crystals (colour, shape, texture are normal)

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Replacements

If the product is in stock, we can send a replacement instead of a refund, based on your preference.
